Revisions & Refunds Policy

At Cutout Media, we strive to ensure that every project we undertake meets your vision and requirements. To facilitate this, we offer a comprehensive revision policy designed to provide you with the flexibility and support you need throughout the design process.

Free Revisions

For every project you undertake with us, we provide up to 9 revisions free of charge. We understand that refining and perfecting your design is essential, and our team is committed to working closely with you to achieve your desired outcome.

Additional Revisions

Should you require further revisions beyond the initial 9, we offer additional revisions at a nominal fee of $25 per revision. This ensures that you have the opportunity to fine-tune your design to your exact specifications without any limitations.

How It Works

  1. Initial Revision Phase: Upon receiving your project brief, our team will work diligently to create a design that aligns with your vision.
  2. Review and Feedback: We encourage you to provide thorough feedback on the initial design drafts. This feedback will guide our team in making the necessary revisions.
  3. Revision Process: We will implement your feedback and provide revised design drafts for your review. This process continues until you are completely satisfied with the outcome or until the maximum of 9 free revisions is reached.
  4. Additional Revisions: If you require further revisions beyond the initial 9, each subsequent revision will be charged at $25. This fee covers the additional time and resources required to make further adjustments.

30-Day Revision Window: We provide a revision window of 30 days from the initial delivery of your completed project. During this time, you are entitled to request revisions at no additional cost. Any revision requests made after this period may be subject to additional fees and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to review your completed project promptly to ensure you are within the 30-day window.

72-Hour Revision Turnaround: While we strive to complete revisions promptly, some complex revisions may require additional time. Our standard turnaround time for revisions is 72 hours. This timeframe allows us to carefully review your feedback, draft accurate instructions, and perform thorough quality control to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering revisions that meet your specifications within a reasonable timeframe.

At Cutout Media, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our revision policy is designed to empower you throughout the design process, ensuring that the final product exceeds your expectations.

Refund Policy:

When working with Cutout Media, we expect that you are a professional Amazon Seller with full intent to follow through with your product launch on the Amazon marketplace.

Cutout Media does not take responsibility for situations outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon Account Suspension
  • Product manufacturer issues
  • Supply chain issues
  • Amazon ranking or competitor issues.

In none of the above cases can Cutout Media take responsibility or provide you with a refund or any type of compensation.

Projects Delivered to The Client

By working with Cutout Media, clients understand that to produce work for them, we must incur expenses on our side before final work delivery. For this reason, Cutout Media does not offer any full refunds for any projects that have been delivered to the client, under any circumstances.

However, we can offer partial refunds if we utterly fail to deliver high-quality results you are looking for, even with our generous revision policy.

Please refer to the Cutout Media Revision Policy (above) for situations requiring revisions or changes to the work.

Projects Not Yet Started

If a client requires a refund before Cutout Media has commenced work on their project, we will deduct 8% of the invoice total to cover onboarding expenses and processing fee, ensure no other work has been completed, and then issue a refund for the remainder.

Project Partially Complete

If we have partially completed the project or incurred any costs, those costs will be deducted at our expense from your refund, and work will cease.

Under no circumstances can we provide a full refund if work has been completed, as costs have already been incurred on our side.
